Can I turn in my rebate if I used free qs to buy items.

I used free soy candles qs buaght 3 2 oz glade candle fragrance collection. I only paid 0.86 tax can I turn in this receipt for rebates?

I haven't done much rebating myself. I have a stack of receipts, and I'm trying to find out what items do have rebates on them and where I can get the forms. I also did this candle deal.
