Good deal on the saltines and soup.
Buy crackers for $2 and soup for .60
Save $1 when you buy both ( a tearpad at GE), so 1.60 for a can of soup and box of crackers.

If it doesn't work just take it to CS and return it. My CS people think I am nuts because I am always returning something because a deal didn't work out as planned. Juts tell them you read it online that it was posted at other GE's and was trying it out. They can't deny you the return.

Hey Sage! I just did this deal with no problems. There are two pans to choose from; Cake pan 9x13x2 and Cookie Sheet 10x15x3/4. There are several types of Wilton, but these are the 'Recipe Right' style. They are about $5.49 each. When you buy, scan all products including the pan and when you hit 'finish and pay' the $5.49 will be deducted.
I bought:
(3) BC Frostings $1.50 each - $.50 peelies (I had these from sometime back) = 3/$1.50
(2) Bisquik $2.00 - $.60/1 IP (coupons.com) = $2/$1.60
(1) Cookie Sheet = $5.49 - $5.49 instant discount = $Free
=$3.10 plus received cat for $1OYNO and $Free Dozen Eggs
I think I will rinse and repeat tomorrow, but for the cake pan (if they have them, this store was out!)
Thanks Woobie for the deal info!! Repping ya!

I had trouble when mixing cake mixes and brownies or warm d's - it didn't take off for the cake pan and I didn't get the free egg cat. When I went to CS they said the sign clearly states wyb 4 cake mixes. Also the yellow cake mixes were ringing up only $1, while all the other cakes were $1.35....

$3.29 each shelf x 4 = $13.16

and hopefully rcv $3.00 OYNO so net $1.68/4 boxes

The Lenders bagels you only need to by 5 if its by shelf price which would make it $6.25 - 3 OYNO = 3.25 so .65 per package of bagels. I usually pay about 1.24 at Target for my best price so not bad. We love turkey bagel sandwiches over here :)

So, if you're not a cake fan, do you not like muffins/cupcakes either? Try doing a search for recipes containing cake mix. Also, search for "cake mix doctor." She has books and a few recipes on her website (check out "cookie dough cupcakes" using yellow cake mix or "whoopie pies" on GMA Recipes Homepage - ABC News (http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/recipes) using chocolate cake mix). Also, you can do gifts ... just get an inexpensive mixing bowl (or cake pan), wooden spoon, and cake mix, package nicely and you have a little gift set!

Okay - here is what I found today:
Mortons Season Salt is on sale $1.69 (reg $1.99) and there are $.55/1 tearpad Qs (They are not DND, do start with a '5' and come in those little red Smartsource holders (not the blinkie machine) making it $.59 each
The Kelloggs has me all confused! The cereals on sale are the 8.7-9oz. The $1/1 Blinkies are for the 12oz or larger so they won't work. The $2/2 insert Qs are for 8.7 or larger 'Fiber' products - but these only have the 'less than 1g of dietary fiber and do not have the same box as the 12.2 oz that say they have the fiber (which is 3g per serving) So I don't know if this deal is going to work as we hoped.....
The Kelloggs that are included at 3/$8.00 are the NutriGrain Bars, the Bliss and Special K bars, the Rice Krispies Treats 8ct, the Cinnabon Bars, and the following cereals: Rice Krispies, Apple Jacks, Fruit Loops, Pops, .... darnit- I'm drawing a blank!!! Ugh! Well it seems all the kids ones are included. Here's the thing, since I couldn't figure out the Qs, I didn't buy anything, so I'm not sure what will all work for the instant savings. However, I do still have insert/tearpad Q's for the Cinnabon bars so I am going to give it a go here shortly. 3/$8 - instant savings = 3/$5.00 - (3) $.75/1 Qs = 3/$.50. I will let you know if it works. And I will try to get more info on the products included (please forgive thuogh - DS#3 is usually with me so it doesn't make for easy shopping/deal configuring.)
I did not do any Aunt Jemima yet, but was thinking of going for the Lenders. Will let you know if it is by shelf.

Rice Krispies, Apple Jacks, Pops, and Fruit Loops are included. Plus pick up another Trick-or-Treat bag for each three you buy! (I bought 6 cereals and 3 Cinnabon in one transaction - got all three discounts and three treat bags. They did have troubles w/ the treat bags because when they scan it they had to enter the price, which of course isn't on it because it is free - so they have to enter $0.00) YAY!
The Morton's sale also includes the 25% less sodium too. YAY?
The Lender's cat did go by shelf! Bought 5, paid $6.25 and got the $3OYNO! YAY!
FINALLY -Yes, Birds Eye Steamfresh is on sale $1.00!! YAYYY!!!

Hey Neeky!
There are more products than listed in the ad for the 3/$5.00 after Instant Savings Kelloggs promo. The Cinnabon bars are apart of it and with (3) of the $.75/1 tearpad or insert Q's (insert Q's expire 10/11) it makes them $3/ $.50.
Kelloggs has displays up that if you buy 3 of any Kelloggs products, you get a Trick-or-Treat Bag/Tote for free. Don't know if everyone has the same ones, but I saw different Spongebob ones. They are collapsable and kinda cute - perfect for a toddler.
The Kelloggs Rice Krispies Treats 8ct. also appear to be a part of the same deal above and there were $2/2 peelies to make them $3/3 or $4/6 (depending on how many Q's you have). There are also $1/any Halloween Merchandise wyb (2) RK Treats tearpads floating around too. So you can get the RKTreats, the Trick-or-Treat bag/tote for free, and $1 off any Halloween merch. (Although you may have some troubles, because these Q's are probably coded for the RKT)
I hope that helps!

I didnt see the trick or treat bags last time I was at my store - hope they have them. I swear they've been putting out displays months late - I've found 2 'new' displays in the last 2 weeks - and both had coupons on them that expired in July....so hopefully they'll have the trick or treat bags out before Christmas LOL

This is why I love HCW:
I went to Giant Eagle after work today and spent $8.75.
6 boxes of Apple Jacks
GE distilled water
Purex 9 load
Tropicana OJ
GE white bread
2 lbs bananas
2 Danimals crush cups
4 cans of Campbell's tomato soup
Gillette shave gel
Really?? All that for $8.75?!? I did use a $6 cat from the baby deal last week. I just can't believe how much I have been able to reduce my grocery spending. It's amazing, and I want to thank you guys for all the good deals, tips and just things you bring to my attention that I would normally miss.

The only boxes I've seen are 30 oz. value size boxes (as pictured in the promo). I'm wondering if the only specially marked packages will be the value boxes since they are the biggest and thus, most expensive boxes. They are priced at 2/$7 at my GE in NE Ohio.
For details see Promotions (http://www2.kelloggs.com/Promotion/PromotionDetail.aspx?PID=20116), but the gist is buy 3 specially marked boxes of Kellogg's cereal (participating cereals are Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Frosted Mini Wheat, Raisin Bran), collect the codes inside, and enter all 3 codes to receive $10 in bonus bucks for use at participating retailers (several, you can view on the website) on electronics, toys, sporting goods, books, concessions and movies. There is currently no limit and the promo ends 9/30/2010.

I had my kids try out the cinnabon bars before I buy 30 more of them...all four liked the bars from age 4 to age 12. They are sweet which is probably why they were so well liked.
We worked on my 4 yr old dd Halloween treat bags this afternoon and since the school does not allow candy any more --- everybody got a Cinnabon bar! (plus a few other trinkets) I asked my 3rd grade ds and he also wants to do the Cinnabon bars for his class. Yippee!

Eosicki, I shop at the Legacy Village store too! Bummer about the bags, I was going to go there Monday as I really like that store and their Customer Service desk. Was there yesterday but just to grab the Snow White movie because my cpn expired that day. I didn't have my shopping list and cpns for regular shopping. The cashier remarked how a lot of people were buying that movie and I said with the store having it on sale for $19.99, using a $10 cpn, and receiving a $6 cat towards a gift card purchase who can go wrong? She asked me where she could get the coupon! I'll check at the Chagrin Rd. store tomorrow.

This current frozen food promo is frustrating me...
Today, I bought 2 Aunt Jemima pancakes (shelf I think was $2.99 each) and 2 soft egg bagels (shelf $2.19) Total shelf $10.36 but no cat printed.
Got a B & G buck, so the machine was working.
Now that I look at my receipt, it looks like Aunt Jemina goes by sale price (it is listed as $1.67 with no savings subtracted) and the bagels by shelf price (it says $2.19 and then has .94 subtracted below).
We go through tons of bagels, but my freezer is bursting with food. I think I"ll try one more time and then call it a week!

Also - if you are doing the cereal deal, there are tearpads for $2 off any gallon of milk wyb 2 of the new fiber cereals! I found a half empty tearpad in one of the carts in the front of the store - didn't even realize what I found right off! I also found them on the cereal boxes.
