My Mom tried to use some IPs I'd printed for her today, and she was told they no longer accept them, at all. This was at the Kroger across from New Hope Commons, on 15-501 near I-40. Is this a new company policy, and/or do individual store managers have the authority to refuse ALL IPs?
My Mom is not the type to complain, so this was most likely a cashier refusing to take them. I'm trying to figure out if this was just a cashier in a crappy mood, or a radical policy change.
If so their website has not been updated.

EDIT: I got some more info from her, she said there was actually a notice on the cash register saying that as of such-and-such a date, Kroger no longer accepts coupons printed at home. Any thoughts?
