I do not have allergies. No one in my family has allergies. In the 2+ years that you have been offering me $4 off claritin on my avenu, I have never once purchased it. Also, you probably haven't noticed, but I've never once purchased the chicken bouillion. Does anyone even use that anymore? With all the free soup you insist on giving me, why would I make chicken soup?:biggrin:

Please give me something I can use.

My store doesn't even carry them. They got rid of them last year and yet, they still keep showing up on my Avenu as well.

Dear Acme:

Would you please remodel my local store? I feel I am in a 3rd world country. Also please remove the moldy strawberries and decayed lettuce. Also, I am potty training my 3 yr old and your toilets have residue of feces. My 3 yr old even asks : "Is that POOPY?????". I have been telling you about this many, many times on my surveys. I would tell the manager, but she is a rude young thing that refuses to open more then 1 line at times and is rude when my coupons do not work. Thank you Acme!

Dear Acme

Fix the lights in the parking lot. Now its dark @ 7:30. The parking lot closest to the door is very dark & creepy.

Please remove the expired food or give me a $$ bonus - like a finders fee. Last trip it was Lipton bottled tea from August and 4 days past due Wonder bread.

Start carrying the items on sale. Two weeks ago no Crackerfuls. Last week no Cinnabon bars. Guess what they are out of now - Bingo! Crackerfuls again.

And fix the floors. How many big holes will you continue to cover with duct tape?

Bring back the kind of carts that had that little shelf thing to put my coupons while I shopped. You got me spoiled with that kind - and now they are gone.

I will not complain about the non-existent Taco Bell bowls if you promise to stop putting Acme brand "Clamato" on my Ave. Guaranteed I'm never gonna buy it.

After you tidy up Theresat's restroom, check on mine. Of the few and far between times I've been in there - its been a disgrace.

You've recently reduced your business hours. Your parking lot is always empty. I see your cashiers as I'm shopping in Shoprite. I think the new SuperWalmart is killing you - yet you continue with your high prices, limp produce, and empty shelves.

There is no excuse for dirty bathrooms. The restroom at one Acme was a disgrace. I never so much dirt and filth on the tile floors and walls and not to mention the sink and so on. Some parts of the cleaning must have been neglected for weeks or maybe months.

Yes, the avenue is pretty much worthless, and I guess that is why I forget to check it each time. I think in a years time, I have used it twice.

About a month ago I found numerous cake mixes on the shelf that expired over a year ago. The cakes will not rise properly when baking if they are this old!

I find that ACME is slow to get new products or flavors placed on the shelves when compared to other stores. Some just never show up.

Off hand that is all I can think of. I guess I am lucky that my ACME is pretty good with having enough stock, it has become cleaner and brighter, it is coupon friendly, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Why did you take away your employee discount of 5% on everything in store? Plus now we are forced to scan our cards instead of entering phone numbers. I reay don't like having my keeys in my pocket while I'm working!

Why don't you actually staff your stores and clean them up?? One day last week their was a stench coming from backroom into middle of the store no one wants to smell that!

Also stop running out oif specials then maybe people would come in on regular basis.

Why did you leave the floor concrete when you built my store 2 years ago? It's creepy and gives a really dirty, unfinished feel to your store.

I would appreciate it if you could keep your seafood department from stinking up the entire store like fish. It makes me kind of sick and keeps me from shopping in your store unless there is a really good sale.

I love your cakes and will always order a birthday cake from you over Giant, Genuardi's, Weis or Superfresh.

Do you read HCW..this board..this thread? Because today I took my sons into the potty and it was CLEAN and no feces around the toliet bowl! Thanks!

The cashiers still were curt and acted offended over my coupons, but the rest of the staff was friendly and nice. Did not inspect the moldy produce and sad to see you only had 7 Powerades left and I was forced to buy the yucky lemon lime.

I can use as many coupons as I want
They may run out but tomarrow is another 'stock' and they do!
The CS people make darn sure you are satisfied before you leave the store.
If your cat does not print(on shelf prices) you are out of luck! but if your persistent coupon buddy is with you....she can get a sale price to work ...I don't know where she gets her gumshon from!

more times than not . they just scan the DND coupons and I get the double.

YES YES ACME used to be the high priced store to ignore...But something magical happened when the .50 Franks hot sauce coupons came out last year. And I have never looked back!

Allthough...none of us have bought allergy stuff there either ....nor use Taco Bell Products. Nor have we ever felt the need of using 'off '

This week the Acosta promo has worked perfectly. Your clerks have sighed about my coupons though (rude!). Your produce has looked bad yet again. At least everything is in stock so thanks!
