Newbie Question about Fred Meyer

I tried searching on the forums under Kroger but I don't see a Northwest region for Fred Meyer. Does anyone know if there is a Fred Meyer forum? Fred Meyer is my closest grocery store and I would love to get some help finding the best deals but right now I am doing it on my own and I am sure I could do better.
