Tide To Go rang up higher than the display price. It was shown as $2.99 but rang up as $3.49. That was no big deal. I went to CS and they gave me a refund.

During my trip tonight, a coupon was applied to the wrong product and it didn't double to $4 but $3.35. In the same transaction, a coupon didn't get scanned and they verfied they did scan all of them when I asked before paying. I thought the total was too high and asked if all ten qs scanned. After I paid I checked it and saw only 9 were scanned.

(I waited 15 minutes for the CS rep, spent 10 min trying to explain, another 10 minutes with the acting manager who ended up telling me they were closed and to come back in the morning. :hectic1:)

I break my transactions up, group my coupons and watch each one scan and make sure each one is doubled before I checkout to avoid issues like this. I have a huge fiasco my first doubles and it was such a pain. I remember that stressful feeling have worrying about the receipt being wrong and when your total comes out to more than you think. I strive for 0.00 every time but when I know they wont be that I make sure to total everything up before I check out. I've never had to take a trip to CS after my first and I hope to never have to do it again.

I bought my son some TP yesterday and the lady charged me for 3 of them. I immedietly went to CS who refunded my money. I check my receipt before I leave any store.

Yeah...BOY...do you NOT want to deal with CS!!!!

I did a transaction last nite...had q's for everything except 2 cards...figured everything up & was going to pay $7.00 OOP.....this guy OVER & OVER applied my Q's to the WRONG items saying it didn't matter....had to back up and void several Q's...then apply them correctly....after 10 minutes of this...he tells me I owe $14....I argued with him for a few minutes...then ended up paying b/c the line was HUGE....went to customer service...went over the receipt and Q's....he charged me twice for one item...so I got $3.79 refundedfor that....but I used the Discover $2 q....which WAS NOT on my receipt...and was pretty much told TOO BAD...there was no way to recover the $4 it would've taken off....AND they wouldn't give the the Q back....GRRRRRR.....my husband is... like....oh well...it was only $4...ONLY $4??????? Doesn't he realized what I COULD'VE bought with that $4?????

I definitely WILL NOT go thru that cashier's line EVER again!!!!

Yeah this happened to me yesterday. I bought some Crest Kid's Spiderman gel toothpaste that I thought was $2.15. Well when I looked at the receipt it rung up at $4.49. I immediately returned to CS and got my refund and my coupons.

I had a similar situation with a cashier who just kept selecting any item from the menu screen after scanning a coupon. One item I bought was $1.99 and she picked something that was $.67! I kept asking her to please slow down and be sure she was matching items to coupons. When I told her it made a difference in my total, she argued with me. Afterwards I went to CS and made the CSR go through every item with me. I ended up being owed almost $4 after the correct amounts were given for the products.

I occasionally have a cashier try and say it doesn't matter and I always say "I know you may be in a hurry and I understand but your going to be here longer if you don't do it correctly because when my total comes out to be more than it should you are going to have to do it all over again". I tell them that CS is not an option and that I cam through the line for a reason...to have it done correctly the first time.

I had one cashier who typed in the price of my $1.29 item (b1g1 Q, cat food) as .79 (already free after .50 Q)--she told me my total was almost $15 & I was in shock. Took me a while to realize why it was so high. No, I did not pay--I told her she was going to have to void the order because I had someone waiting & I didn't have time to go over the transaction with her. I will NOT use b1g1 Qs at this Kmart unless I KNOW they automatically scan. She tried to tell me it won't give me the item for free, that's why my total was so high...um..yeah, ok :giggle2:

I went back to CS. First I decided to return the 2 items that did not get a q applied to them because I did not want to deal with explaining the missing q and didn't get applied to the right product again. :hectic1: She said it would not give me a refund since I used coupons. (Which is weird because except for one item that the q was misapplied to, none of the items were free.) I explained there were 11 items and 9 coupons that were applied, I was returning 2 that a q did not get applied to. She wasn't able to do it. So she called the manager and I told her what happened yesterday. She was very nice and professional! She refunded me the $2 + $2 double that didn't get scanned plus the .65 cents that should have doubled to the $4.99 product. :BigHand:
