Is this that free mag/newspaper that's in entryways to stores and such? and is it only the Long Island Edition?

Yep.. The one put out by Newsday. Every store I went to in Southern Nassau today had a nice stack of them. I took some from each and left plenty for others. If you can't find them at the stores you check let me know and I'll tell you where I saw them -- if I'm close enough to you that is :-)
Be well --

I'm the publisher of Long Island Parent magazine and all this coupon interest is new to me. At some point I want to interview moms about it. I want to save money like the next parent. But to Elizabeth who said she took my magazine from several spots in Nassau today, and to all she recommended do the same, let me please ask you not to take more than one. This free publication is supported by all our advertisers, not just CVS, and as such they wouldn't want to know that the magazines they're paying to be in are being taken by only a few people who, I must ask, do what with the rest of the magazine once you tear out the CVS coupon? I am a local mom who is producing this magazine out of my home purely out of dedication to providing Long Island moms and dads with expert parenting information and resources. I was the editor of Newsday's Parents & Children for 10 years until Newsday shut us down in Dec. I created this new magazine as a labor of love. While I made sure Long Island Parent is free to you it is not free to me. I must pay for its production and distribution, including to the CVS locations, and it's a costly venture. Today, instead of spending my Saturday with my daughter, I had to drive around Nassau to refill my shelf at the Nassau CVSs because some people took more than the one magazine expected of them all for a $3 coupon. So, please, the next time you think about taking a small stack from several stores, realize that's not the spirit in which I created this magazine. Instead, please read the excellent stories and take advantage of all the many coupons and advertiser discounts. And please, please, just take one. Should you wish to contact me, e-mail me at publisher@liparentonline.com
And please visit our Web site, www.liparentonline.com (http://www.liparentonline.com) where you can join the Parent Club to be eligible to win tickets to Nassau Coliseum, Adventureland, Capital One Theatre, and many great toys and more. Thank you.
