The form is not printable. Best thing is to put an ISO in the trade forum or add it to your dbase WL and see if there are any trader matches.

I got two of these forms and I bought a bunch of Fiber One yogurts on two separate occasions. Well, the first trip was 9/20 and I had already gotten rid of the packaging so I do not have those UPC codes anymore. What do to, what to do? :hectic1: I could kick myself. Right now I've got on envelope ready to go with the 5 UPC codes, and the second envelope only has one UPC code... I will have to scrounge around, I guess. :sad: If only the Yo-Plus was included, then I'd be set.

Bought my items @ Publix and also paired with free reusable shopping bag wyb general mills products cpns.

Isis, this is what I did. I bought 6 of the pie crusts for $1.99 at Meijer's (this was last Sat--not sure what current price is) and used three $1.00/2 peelies (on the product). There was a pillsbury cat deal (still going on) where if you buy 6 you get $4 OYNO. So, I spent $1.99*6-$3.00 (peelies) -$4.00 (OYNO cat)= approx $5, and get $5 rebate, so free.

I had considered getting the cinnamon rolls as they are part of the cat deal (at both Kroger and Meijers), but this was the least OOP for me.

I noticed you didn't list any of these stores, but maybe Winn Dixie has the cat deal going on also??
