I just got an email for a survey regarding HCW's services offered and what I think. It also said that I would be entered into a contest for a $25 gift card for Amazon. Thing is, it never asked me to enter any sort of personal information, not even my HCW name or anything.
How will it know if I won or not? :giggle2:

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it knows us from the email they sent and our click back to the survey. :shrug7:

I was wondering the same thing myself. But I'm more excited about the new stuff to come here than the gift card, lol.

Hey manders! It's the survey is the first of four parts. The same one that is linked on the top of the message boards. I got mine through an email, but I never had to answer anything asking for my screenname, email address or anything.
