Earlier this year, Kmart announced the launch of Kmart Smart Assist in the state of Michigan to support an area that was hit very hard by the country’s recession. Smart Assist provides eligible customers a 20 percent discount on over 1,500 of our own high-quality, regularly-priced brands of grocery and drugstore products for up to six months. We received a very positive response to the program and are happy to announce that we are launching it nationwide.

Kmart customers across the country can review detailed program information, register online at www.kmart.com/smartassist (http://www.kmart.com/smartassist) and print their re-usable savings card which is good for up to six months.

I brought the printed card into my kmart the other day and no one knew what it was! LOL.... Didn't really surprise me though. It makes their baby water only $0.80/gallon
