cvs-Ok here we go again!

Today my CVS refused my internet coupon,they took them last week, but not today, now the only reason this annoys me is it all depends on who waits on me. The cashier kept saying she was sorry, and I told her it's nothing to be sorry for, but I just wish everyone would follow the same policy. Now if I wait till later in the week and go in again with the same coupon, but different cashier, they'll take it with a smile, of course I can't do this, because the cashier tore it up, I thought that was kind of rude, because I could have used it in another CVS. Still love cvs, 3-tide, 1-bounty, 1 dawn, and a fusion razor, oop- 1.60, and 15 ecb's back:BigHand:

I'd call and ask to speak with the store manager and le him know he has to have a set-in-stone coupon policy. If you still have your receipt, there's the cashier's numbers on there (At the top under the contact info, next to the register and transaction identification numbers) so if he asks who in particular was the offender, he can look her up and have a chat with her. Definitely let the manager know she tore up your coupon, that's definitely not right, it belongs to you. Good luck hun
