Kmart: Scenarios to get $5/$25 and $12/$50 please?

I would love some ideas on scenarios for this deal. Specifically those not including diapers (no kids here) or free Glade soy candles (those qs are all used up).

I did consider the $3/2 Glade Fragrance collection since I have a ton of those qs, but I am looking for as little OOP as possible since I don't have any of these cats to roll to begin with.

Ooh, I did take a quick look at the Nature's Source. I did not know about every two you buy you get a cat though!! I have a TON of coupons, so I'm sure I have the coupons for the deals. It is just a matter of the deals. I feel like I'm not seeing a whole lot. Thanks for the tip!

Okay well I dont know what you have and what your limits are since things are unadvertised and seem to be YMMV but dont wanna talk out of school and get a infraction. So Im gonna just be vague...

There is a HOLIDAY ziplock , saran wrap, glade cat deal that is buy $20 get $5 cat back this overlaps with th buy $50 get $12 PLUS the buy 2 natures source get $2 is an overlap so if you were to combine those qualifying items $20 of holiday ziplock/glade and $30 NS youd be getting some money maker action going on.

CAT = catalina (a coupon that prints out of a catalina machine)
5/25 is spend $25 get a register tape coupon for $5
12/50 spend $50 get $12 register tape coupon

or sometimes 5/25 could mean $5 off $25 and 10/50 could mean $10 off $50 but for the title of this thread it is the first meaning I gave.

My store told me they got an e-mail from corporate demanding they only accept the 10 coupons that everyone had to sign and acknowledge that they understood. :(

I did the Nature's Source this morning and it worked, giving me a $2 cat for each 2 I 'bought'.
The expiration date on those cat is 10/12/09.

I had a Ziploc tearpad with coupons for $1 off Ziploc containers ($3.18 each), so I went back today for 7 of the holiday ones (to get the $5 for buying $20) and added three packs of Pull-ups (to get to $50 so I would earn the $12 reward). I used 7 Ziploc $1 Qs and 3 Pull-up $2 Qs, so... $52 in products - $26 in Qs = $26 - $17 in rewards = $9 plus tax for everything (will also get the Caregivers Marketplace rebate of 75c each on the Pull-ups)

Check the bottom of your receipt. This promotion does not print a cat out of the cat machine, but it prints a coupon on your receipt.

If it is not on your receipt I would go back to the store and ask for a $10 gift card.

If you bought the apple cinnomon or the vanilla I think they are both considered holiday scents even though they are both carried year around. I know the apple cinnomon is for sure.

All of the ones that I bought had the wording "holiday collection" on the package. There was a special endcap with all of the holiday scents. If you bought the apple cinnamon scent of any of the Glade products, it probably was counted as a holiday scent even thought it didn't have the holiday packaging.

Our store had the right ones on Sunday about 10 each of both sizes.
They were on the holiday endcap on the left end of the display.

There are also several $1/2 both from the Kmart books and inserts.
Which while they arent $makers like the $1/1 or bogos they ARE good on all types instead of just the zipper type. And they come out to be a good deal too.

You need to spend a total of 50.00 to get the 5 and the 12. You should make 20 be holiday stuff and the other 30 can be regular stuff. Keep in mid that apple cinnamon counts as holiday. That will give you one of each. The reason you didnt get a reward is because you needed to spend at least 25, this is where the second 5 comes in. You get 5 for 25 and 12 for 50.

My store only carries the blue Snuggle, which I can't stand. I'm in the NW and our prices are high... 4.69 per box. They did have standard liquid fabric softener (not concentrated) for 3.25 per bottle! Either with the $25 or $50 option, this would be a definite money maker.

IF your k would order for you it would take up to 2 weeks to get them in.
And my store will not order for anyone anymore since they had someone stick them with some stuff but YMMV. YOud have to talk to the person who is over that dept and they have to call and special order it and it takes atleast a week and can take up to 3 weeks.
