In your first scenario, it is actually a 1.51 MM (7.99 - 1.00 - 1.50 = 5.49 get back +7) :biggrin:
In your second, it is not a true MM, because remember, you are using your "change" in ECBs from the first transaction. You have greatly lowered your oop, but if you count the ECBs in the first transaction to make it a MM, you can't count them in the second.

You walked in the store, paid 5.49 plus tax for the first transaction, and got back 7.00. (At this point you are ahead 1.51).
For the next transaction, you pay using 7.00 ECB + 8.75 cash for a total of 15.75 and get back 10.00. Oop = 5.75.
Since the first transaction was a MM, your trip total is 5.75 - 1.51 = $4.24
Which is great! For all that Tide and free Vaseline!

A way to make the razor a mm is buy the accu check and the razor and the fruitopia use the 5/25 flu coupon and the $4.00 fusion, $10 accu check and $2.00 frutopia an d pay a little over 5 in ecb's and get back 5 for the razor and 5 for the monitor.

Hmmm...I'm not sure! Sounds right to me. If you have a Rite Aid near you, they are BOGO this week, so you could use your two q's and get four free. I just got way too many there this afternoon. Of course getting them at CVS next week gets you more chocolate if that is the goal (though you'd have to pay for two of them).

Email customer service about the coupon policy. Ask what one per purchase means etc. Print that out and anytime a cashier gives you trouble about 'one per purchase' show them the email. That way you dont have to argue with them about their reading comprehension.

Make sure you have the new RIB, some ppl were getting old ones by mistake cuz the store wasn't pulling them from the shelves....it should have Sandra Bullock on the front :) Good Luck....My store had a ton of them...thought about clipping the q's outta of them and either trading or selling them for my services...but I have never done that so...

That coupon is likely coming from when you scan your card or check out it could possibly be on your, reciept.

I think the problem is that cashiers confuse the wording on coupons. They take "Limit one per purchase" to mean one per customer. And if you have 4 Tides in your cart, you're PURCHASING 4, so you can use 4 coupons.

Its not a $1.05 moneymaker deal, since there aren't any CVS store coupons to stack with the manf coupon. That scenerio/post really needs to be updated to reflect that there are only Manf q's for this deal - so its either using the $1/1 to break even or $1.50/1 for a little overage if you're rolling ecb(s) for this deal. HTH :)

Dawn Hand Renewal was included and $1. I think there are homemailer coupons for $1/1 out there.

I got 4 tide (only had 3 tide coupons though), 2 cg foundation (including pricey aqua smoothers) and 1 dawn for $14 after ecb and coupons. Not greatest, but still very good. I did use $5 off flu quiz coupon. The cashier deducted the $6 foundation b1g1 free cg amount on my coupon

She said she'd have to give me the lesser price free. It states that nowhere on the coupon and there is no limit for the free item stated on the coupon either. So I ended up having her take the CG items off my transaction. :rolleyes24:

The mirilax would be a good deal I think its 18.99 and you get back 2 ecb's. If you had enough free fillers to get to 25 like the violage and fruitopia and about 3.00 of something you could get free with coupons. You could use a 5/25 and there is a $5 off coupon in todays paper and there is a $1 cvs coupon in the 100 dollar coupon book so you would just pay 5.99 after ecb's and coupons. That's cheap for a 30 day supply. My son goes through this stuff.

You must have done exactly what I did. I had them void mine also after becoming completely frustrated. From what I've heard, it takes a mgrs key to get the system to accept the higher priced "face" item as the free.

I was pretty irritated when I heard the cashier say to another that she was certain that I knew that I was trying to buy the wrong item with the "face" item coupon, implying improper use of the coupon. I'm going to make a call to the store mgr this week to let them know that I don't appreciate that implication and that if they have an issue with my attempt at using P&G's coupons the way P&G prints them, they need to take their arguments up with P&G.
