So I got a catalina a few weeks ago announcing a month-long ONYO deal with Green Giant boxed veggies. Normally they are $1.75 ea, but this upcoming week they are $1.25. Here is the deal I am going to do to get each box for $0.25 each.
Buy 4 at $1.25, use 2 $0.50/2 q's ($1/2 after doubled) = $0.75 ea. Get instant coupon for $2 back on order, so it's $1 for 4!
OR Buy 6 at $1.25, use 3 $0.50/2 q's = $4.50 total, $0.75 ea. Get $3 back on order, so $1.50 for 6!

There are also .50/2 on both cellfire and shortcuts to sweeten the deal. I have two on each so four total, which means I need to break up the deal into 4 transactions.
Thanks!

I've been out of the loop for a while - when does the catalina part of the deal start or is it up and running already? I think the veggies at $5/4 this week... Thanks!!!

Yep, they are $1.25 this week. The promo goes from 9/11 to 10/4.

So to make this deal work, how many of each item do i need to do to get ll the ecoupons and the most onyo? how many veggies per transaction, and how many transactions

The OYNO works out as
Buy 3, get $1 back (bad deal)
Buy 4, get $2
Buy 5 or more, get $3
I don't do Shortcuts, but I gather that if you have both Shortcuts and Cellfire on your card only one will work? Maybe ctyankee has two Plus cards and is talking about doing four transactions, two for each, buying two boxes at a time so that she can combine the paper coupons with both Cellfire and Shortcuts q's?
It doesn't work as well just to get 5 boxes, since the paper coupons are for $0.50/2. You need an even number. If you get 4 boxes and combine either the Cellfire or Shortcuts $0.50/1 q with 2 paper $0.50/2 q's, you pay $2.50 after coupons (assuming your store doubles the paper ones!) and get $2 OYNO, which basically makes them $0.50 for 4, or $0.13 each.
I just used the Cellfire .50/1 and 3 of the insert $.50/2's to get 6 for $4 (all in one transaction), which makes the $3 OYNO print, making them effectively $0.17 each. I think that math's all right...
