The ad shows tons of coupons good for a month at Meijer. Says frozen food month and tons of stuff included.

Frozen Food MOnth is all of October and all of March. So you should have it in your ads on Sunday. I LOVE Frozen Food Month!

Are the coupons like the mealbox coupons that need "assistance"? My cashiers don't like to assist my coupons.

I believe that you can get the coupons in the paper ads this week, and pick up extras at the store. These don't need tooooo much assistance, but normally have different wording on them (I think like one per transaction), where as if you print them off of MB, you will not get that wording.
Every March and October is frozen food month. Some years are better than others though.

MB coupons for the frozen food month DO have the (Limit one coupon per transaction) language on them.
