Does anyone else ever have problem redeeming the Shortcuts electronic coupons? Almost every time I go and try to use them, some don't get redeemed. I have tried using the dispute form their website offers, but I always get emails back from them saying I have an invalid request or something and basically they don't do anything.

Like last night, the $1.50 off any Huggies diapers (I even got the Overnites as pictured!) and a $1 off the Nature Valley nut clusters didn't come off, along with a BC fruit snack one. So fustrating when you are only buying the products because you are getting such a good deal with all these coupons (instead of shopping elsewhere!).

I am interested in other commets too. It only took off $0.40 for the Granola Clusters and it should of took off $1. I havent looked at my receipt in detail, but I think the other SCut savings came out alright.

I figured mine out. They deducted $0.40 for the Nature Valley Granola bars (I didnt buy) Instead of $1 for the NV Clusters. I emailed them. Will see if they respond.

When I have had problems with them, I just used the dispute form and they have always given me a credit for my coupons with no problem. Their site does seem to have a lot more problems with the redemption of coupons compared to the other sites.

.

We've applied a total of $1.40 in Shortcuts Cash to your Wallet, in place of the Shortcuts.com coupon(s) you were not able to redeem correctly.

The next time you spend more than $1.40, just swipe your registered grocery store card and the savings will automatically appear on your receipt!

Awesom customer service. I was just looking for $0.60, but will take the $1.40. I will be overlooking receipt more carefully in the future though

For about the last month I have been having trouble with all the e-coupon sites. I have no idea why, I've been using them since I started couponing about a year ago and they have always worked fine.

I get credits applied and then the credits never come off. I have 1.75 from shortcuts that was added to my card weeks ago, but never comes off. Very irritating.

I had been waiting weeks for a response from cellfire on a mistake. Finally, I emailed General Mills and told them the companies they were partnering with weren't holding up to their end of the bargain. I got several emails from a very cool gentleman at General Mills saying he would personally look into it. Sure enough, yesterday I got a call from a lady at Cellfire. I can not remember for the life of me what she said her title was, but she assured me she was not just customer service. She talked so much my arm was going numb from holding the phone, lol! (I HATE talking on the phone)

Anywho, she assured me that they are a small company but are highly dedicated to the people that use their services. She said waiting weeks for a response was ridiculous and apologized profusely. She said they want us to use their coupons and want us to let them know what they can do to improve their services. She said sometimes they have ''blackouts'' on their systems and lose information. So, communication you have sent them might have been lost. Hence, no response from them.

She applied a credit immediately to my card and said not to hesitate to contact them again if I need to.

I thought it was pretty cool to get a personal phone call and for the General Mills guy to get involved. (Said he is a father of 6 and an avid coupon user himself!!)

So, I guess just hold our ground with these companies let them know when there is an issue??

Except for Unilever, I am so ticked at them I can't stand it! They have NO customer service for their e-coupons. Every other coupon on my card from them won't redeem now!! Ugh!!

Like I told the lady yesterday, these small amount add up! At the end of the month, if you have had enough missed e-coupons, it could add up to the cost of a gallon of milk or more!!

I do not even count on the short cuts e coupons at all any more. They will work with you at first then you will hit the life time dispute limit which is around the $10 mark and all they ever reply is you have reached your lifetime dispute limit. I still load them on my card and if they come off great however I do not plan on them coming off when I am figuring out deals and out of pocket amounts as sadly they simply are no longer reliable enough for me to count on them. Keeping my fingers crossed that I continue to have good luck with the cellfire coupons.

Lifetime dispute limit? I've never heard of that. I figured that they didn't actually have a real live person checking every receipt, that it was all done by computer, but I thought that it would verify your receipt against the coupons that were redeemed. Perhaps it doesn't, hence the limit?

I only have had problems with the Unilever eqs. But it was only one time that I tried to use the Unilever ones. I will start watching closer.

I have had problems with every loadable site at one point or another. It really aggrivates me... to the point of not even trying to get them. Most of the time, I don't even count on getting the e coupon to go through, at least that way I'm not disappointed. We all know the feeling of walking out of the store looking at your receipt and realizing that you just paid more than you should have. Even if it is only a buck or two. I get sick to my stomach! :sad22:
