Weird. I get the same thing, and I joined the site as a new customer. When I joined though it did mention $17 in savings. Perhaps this $17 in savings will show up on my doorstep in time for this RA sale week??

The Polident coupon has been like that for months. I contacted them previously & all they did was send me a coupon in the mail for $1 off but did not fix the site. If you check out the other promo on there for restaurant gift cards when you buy polident or poligrip products, it expired the end of 2008!

Do the $3/2 blinkies work on the Band-Aids? I don't have any, but I was looking in the DB and it mentions that it's for Johnson & Johnson Red Cross products—not the Band-Aids. Is there another blinkie out there?

This was discussed in one of the forums (likely Wags, Publix or CVS) and the mod there made the call and an announcement that they could be used and talked about in deals. But she also recognized that there was sufficient lack of clarity on the coupon part so ymmv with using it. Note it does not say red cross products or first aid.....it just has a red cross on it. If band-aids aren't first aid, then I don't know what is (though they don't usually bear the same red cross found on the coupon and other J&J products like gauze).

For some reason they always include the Total Care when they run the sale on the antiseptic kind. Knowing RA, they probably don't notice it's not antiseptic. Not that I'm complaining because I love the Total Care and so do my teeth! :)

Tried the $3/2 J&J products on 2 boxes of Bandaids. It beeeeeeped like crazy. Manager has to come over and approve after much explanation they put it through. Not sure if it is worth the trouble (for me at least) to use multiples in 1 order to get the $10 SCR? Will have to ponder this one:)

Wording is for antiseptic but they show a picture of the total care. Still waiting to hear from someone who tested this theory.

Does the barcode on the coupon start with RC? If it does, than it is a Rite Aid manufacturer coupon. Some of them work that way and others are just manufacturer coupons.

Does the barcode on the coupon start with RC? If it does, than it is a Rite Aid manufacturer coupon. Some of them work that way and others are just manufacturer coupons.
Yep, starts with RC, so it's fine, thanks for reminding me....I need the headache cure rebate after dealing with a new clerk over the Aveeno deal last week. Neither she nor the manager would allow that "Facial care" might just include shaving cream, even after I showed a receipt for it from another store and asked what the men they knew tended to most often shave.....Bingo! Their bleedin' Faces!...I switched some things about and got the Scrubbing Bubbles Shower Kit, all the Aveeno products, Scott TP, and sundry other things for less than $2...She mumbled something about the show "Hoarders," not a good idea, as I stock a charity pantry, have three girls in college to buy for, never stockpile, long for razors of my own......Since "the change," I've ceased to be able to suffer fools......Thanks for all the help this site has offered as I learn to do this....

Did any one else do this deal. Accu-Chek monitor on sale $9.99 use $10/1 coupon makes it free plus it works for rebate #500 to get a free tote with participating diabetes care product samples and coupons with $30 diabetes products and this is one of the items. So if you have the $10 coupon this is a Great time to use them:).

Be careful everyone, the Reach UltraClean floss was recently repackaged as Reach Total Care floss, but the SCR system is not recognizing it as a qualifying item for rebate #75 (spend $25 in J+J, get $10 back). Corporate is supposed to be reviewing it to see if they'll allow it to qualify. Since there's no yardage mentioned, I'm pretty hopeful that there won't be a problem.

Awesome deal. Thanks! I bought a Contour last week to boost my total to use a $5/$25 and I need ten more bucks to get that tote.

That's so funny, lol. I just noticed that this morning! After staring at that darn rite aid flyer all week looking for "free" fillers for the $5/$25 you would've thought I'd have seen that by now.
Also wanted to add that my stores have the small tide bottles (25 oz, 13 loads, no handle) reg $6.19, now $3 each. They have to price adjust at the register. But with the $1 off Q from the p&g insert they are $2 each and a nice filler :)

NOT FREE Reeses Candy Bars
Sale: Reeses BOGO .88 each
Use: BOGO Hershey's Reeses Milk/Dark 8/23 SS up to .79
SCR (#HERE): NONE
SCR limit: NONE
Total/Math: cheap .09
Anyway...I go to RA and see there was a sign up which read 2/$1 with the same Reeses in a basket. Cool free candy right? nope!
First I politely tell the cashier that I want to buy alot of candy bars and don't want to clean them out (40bars) are there any boxes behind the counter?
While she is looking I say I also have coupons for them and she proceeds to tell me that if it's that Bogo coupon that shouldn't work because I need to pay for the candy bars for the bogo sale and calls over to the manager to come.
Explain the mfg bogo coupon vs. retail store bogo sale to them both manager shakes her head in agreement.
The manager says it's ok and starts ringing me up.
I stop and question her when I see the reeses ringing up at .88each.
She politely yet firmly tells me the weekly sale of Bogo OVERRIDES the monthly sale of 2/$1 even though the sign is still up and the BOGO price is .88each! So she notes I will need to pay .09 each because my coupon is only good up to .79.
I say of course the coupon is only good up to .79 I would have to pay the difference if they are .88 but the 2/$1 is up and I don't think that is fair.
She looks at me like I'm crazy and says thats only .09 each. Still nice but awkward. The other cashier asks me suspiciously where do you get all your coupons anyways!???
The point is I feel like they should have honored the 2/$1 sign since it was up and on a basket full of Reeses. What do you all think???

Two for $1 makes them 50 cents each.
BOGO at .88 makes them 44 cents each.
To me, it sounds like the BOGO at .88 is better than the 2/$1. Or were you expecting to get the BOGO sale at the 2/$1 sale combined? I can see where you'd have to choose one sale price 2/$1 or BOGO. But they should take the sign down as it is clearly confusing
Thank you tho for attempting not to shelf clear by asking if they had extra stock.

unfortunately BOGO BOGO sales are YMMV. My RA do not allow this combo but my WAG does. Sorry, but I feel your pain as everyone gets all excited about getting all this free stuff that we can't get free too. I learned over the year to pick your battles. This is store policy and you can't argue. Too bad, so sad...never worry...will be more deals to make us happy!

Well, there is a new document floating around with rite Aid's official coupon policy of taking BOGO with BOGO sale.

I'm not sure if you are referring to the ad when you say flyer but with Rite Aid, the best way to get accurate and detailed info on a SCR item is to check out the Rite Aid SCR webpage.

So according to this, I guess only the reach TOTAL care TB and floss would count. What I would do is just return the items to the store for a refund.
