yeah for snuggle 2/$6....... when are the $3 coupons supposed to come out? 10/4?? or 9/27??? I need to go check on that. (eta - 10/4 preview shows the $3 snuggle coupon ... get those rainchecks!)

I'll be raincheck shopping I think, since I'm sure I won't be lucky enough to get the high value q for that and the $2/All.

smithfield bacon is a .50 Moneymaker again if you have any of the $3 IPs(no longer available to print I believe) ...

and yea for the potatoes 1.99 for 10# is awesome. the chicken is a great price too if its skinless (just says boneless...IDK) 1.79#

thats all I see that excites me

thanks for the preview!! rep'd you

When it comes to ground beef, think outside the "ground". Publix has Round Roast on sale 1.97 per pound this week. Ask the butcher to grind it for you (they're happy to do it) and voila - FRESH, ground round 1.97 per #.

Is anyone going to do the MVP free turkey offer? Spend $45 6 out of 8 weeks and get a $20 electronic cpn (looks like it can be used for any food). I've not done this before, but I think I'm going to try this time.

Interesting deal at some FL. My local FL is treating the BOGO kraft cheese with the sale price - making the blocks $1 ea.

The next town over, suspended the 2/$4 sale, returned the cheese to it's regular price ($3.19), then BOGO. ($1.60 ea) - BUT still has the 2/$4 sale signs up!

Apparently the store can decide how to program the sale?

And doesn't that violate the "shelf price" policy?

Has anyone been able to get RC's for the Sunggle yet? I wanted to order some Q's but gezz I can't find a single store out so I can get a RC.

My FL actually had a sign posted about this when I went in today. The sign explained that, with the b1g1f, it would be based on the regular $3.19 price but that Monday they would be back to 2/$4, clear as mud, right?!? :giggle2:

Hmm, I wonder if your FL is the one that I pointed out the issue too? :hysterical:

Legally . . it should have been the BOGO on the sale price . . unless they really wanted to get into some Fraud issues . . . their own policy allows for price change if they forget to take down a sale sign - so why should this be different?

Moot point in a few hours . . . and I stocked up on cheese from the store that had them ringing up at $1 each!

Not a very brillant move to have two different sales on the same item!

Anyone check the sale dates on the snuggle's? I am hoping it will roll over into this weeks sale .Not likely but,I can hope. My store was not out today so I could not get a RC.Waiting on the mail to get my coupons.

snuggle is not on next weeks preview of the ad.

I bought 12 bottles yesterday, went back and got 5 more today, then got a raincheck
(BTW do they limit the rainchecks? there is no limit on mine and doesnt have a place for quantity...??)

I have been asking about a limit each time I get a RC. I am always told there is not a limit but I don't think they realize I'm getting 20 bottles with that RC. :giggle2:

I've been able to find two stores that were out of one scent. So I'm getting that.

thanks, I saved the ad too so I can show them there was no limit on the ad... and I am saving my receipt from the first trip where I bought 12, too LOL... I was really worried when the lady handed me the raincheck without asking how many I wanted thinking she just decided to write 2 or 4 or whatever on it.... looked it over for a good minute before leaving, wondering where the quantity line was??? :hysterical: I don't go to Food Lion much... Bi-Lo and Publix have been deciding their own quantities/limits too much lately on rainchecks, that really put me through a loop

I only ever got and used a RC at FL once before... last year on the Soleil razors when the $3 qs were out and they went BOGO... they didnt write a limit on the RC and there was no limit in the ad, and then when I went to get them (I got all they had, but I had asked for a special order before that and was told NO.) the cashier/mgr tried to tell me I could get 4. I about pitched a fit and they ended up letting me "buy" them all(it actually came to a penny overage on each which was adjusted down on the last coupon)
so, I'm prepared to fight this one out too........ I only have 3 coupons left, but I'm HOPING to trade for some more
