wanted to let everyone know that the buy 6 get the 7th milk free works on the smart option brand milk too (priced at 2.69 at my store) food lion brand milk has been 2.99.
also when i redeemed my first free milk coupon, it counted toward my next "6".

How does this milk deal work. Normally we buy milk somewhere else, but DH has stopped a few times for milk at FL

Well I guess what I was asking is this something that the MVP card tracked and spit out a catalina for once you hit the magic 6 mark?
I've seen the ad but it didn't really explain.
I know for the turkey you have to cut out that coupon and scan it every time you spend 45$ at least 6 out of 8 weeks.
So I was wondering if it was a MVP card tracked thing or if there was a scan every time coupon or how it worked.

I am in Fort Mill, SC. I normally get my milk from Walmart for $2.52, but this week Walgreens has milk for $2.49. I did a price match on Wednesday to get it for that price at Walmart.

It kept track of it on the register receipt after your MVP card was scanned. Then at the end it had the credit for the milk on the receipt and when I redeemed mine, the cashier took it to CS and used a card they had there to print a CAT and then scanned that. (Not sure why it was uber-complicated at my store, but my milk was free...). Anyhoo, yeah, it ended on 10/13 and then you had another week to redeem the free one.

my fl keeps track of my "turkey spending" automatically. i do not need to tear out anything from the sale paper to have scanned. (i think the latest paper said something about being tear-free this time?) ask your fl and you may not have to worry about keeping track of your little piece of paper anymore!
