My friend was kicked out of the store on 78 in wylie. They told her the new policy is one transaction a day. And that all of the cashiers had to sign a paper saying they would only allow one transaction a day. They actually told her she had to leave the store and could not shop there anymore that day. She was buying the charmin toliet paper.

Wow. I have never been told that. I usually don't do back-to-back transactions. I will do one in the morning after school dropoff and then another in the afternoon on the way to get my kids.

How about calling Corporate and complaining?

So, if you go home and realize you forgot eggs, you're SOL until the next day?

And stores wonder why sales are down and many are going bankrupt. Mind boggling.

I went to that store and quietly did three separate transactions by going to the car and back in. No one said anything, but I was careful to go to different lines.

That is horrible! She should really call the corporate office and also write a formal complaint (technically they have to address complaints in writing, I think). That is really crazy that she can only go into that store once a day!

Hate to say it, but the email I'd gotten from corporate (not division), stated that a manager could limit transactions/day ... as a reasonable person, I assumed that meant using the same coupon ...
... just no explaining some people's thought process.

i have had problems at that exact location also. a team of employees huddled around stairing at me and looked away when i looked their way. i had been in there the day or so b4 and bought quite a few of the a1 marinades that were free back then. then one manager walks by me and stairs into my cart. a little later he comes back and tells me i can only use 3 coupons. i said 3 coupons. he said, yes, 3 coupons. i assume he meant per item. i was not even doing separate transactions that day or the time b4 when i was in as the coupons did not have to be doubled/tripled to get the deals. i have complained to the district manager b4 in this area and it did not do me any good. although the manager i complained about did end up leaving that store for another. probably not related.

How many Qs were you using for the A1 in each transaction? ... just curious, I thought most stores limit to 3-5 like Qs in transaction (with up to 3 d/t, as apply).
