Kraft Rebates

Has anyone else received a denial postcard?? Or have you received the rebate? I got a postcard from the Kraft School Bus Booklet Rebate saying "Submission did not include Proof of Purchase of at least 20 valid Kraft products". I checked the list before making purchases and had it all right... The postcard has a phone number but it doesnt work so I wrote a letter and am resubmitting it.

I also got a denial yesterday in the mail..went to the website, as I know i did it right, and it says they sent a check and a denial letter, mailed different days..LOL..so check should be here in a day or two...we'll see.

Did you do both rebates? I checked the website yesterday and nothing was listed...will go check again...

i checked using my postcard..has an id number on it, pulled up the info, and looked..this is for the pack a smile rebate..when I ever tried to pull up info on website using name or address, always told me nothing found..but the id from postcard worked great..

I just checked again...ALL pack a smiles 511-1 were denied:( Mine, my friends, my Moms, and my Mom in law...The other Kraft 511-5 have all been mailed:)

here is what it says..so I am confused..it also gives a check number, and amount of $20, but that was mailed according to website a week ago, and not received by me yet, whereas comlinace postcard is here, and was mailed a few days after "supposed" check was..was going to call them for clarification..

Lots of people are receiving these - from the "Gimme My Money Back Forum" someone called 1-800-622-4726 and this number works to reach a rep and speak about the problem.

My mom and I seem to be having the same problem. Just tried the 1-800-622-4726 number but it is Sunday and closed. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for posting the number!

I got the denial letter too. I threw it out because I was so irritated! LOL! Wish I saved it so I could look it up on-line.

Are proof-of-purchases required to be sent it with this rebate?

I called the new phone number and after the CS rep looked up the rebate info, she decided that if I had sent the receipt in, then I should qualify and have met the requirements of the rebate. She forwarded my info and concern to the company that handles the rebates and said that I can expect to be contacted within 7-10 business days. The CS rep was very kind and apologetic but I hope I don't get lost in shuffle here. $20 is a pretty significant rebate and I want to make sure this gets resolved.

I called this morning the 1-800-622-4726 number and spoke with the customer service lady. I got the denial stating that I did not include the UPCs. When I called she said that a check was issued on 9-14-2009 for 20.00 and had no idea why I got the letter.

When my mom called they said she is not even in the system although she got the same postcard in the mail that I did. Now she has to go through some process through corporate. What a mess!!!

Is there any website that you could look up? Are these rebate that use printed cat form? I don't think we need upc code ,do we?

i called them and also talked to them about a clump of cheese I found in a box of wheat thins.. she said she was forwarding the rebate info and sending a coupon for the wheat thins.. lol

When I click to view the offer it says that I was mailed the $20 rebate calendar. That's very different than being mailed a $20 rebate check! I wonder if that's messing up the rebates.

you are right.I only do the one with cat print out from Albertsons not 55 book calendar yet. It show I got 2 rebates but actually one rebate I did and one only request book .So if anyone do the 55 rebate book that has the $20 check forms mix up the the calendar .........?

I too got the postcard. The web-rebates site says a "non-compliance" was mailed on 9/14 (which I got) but that a check was mailed on 9/10 (which I haven't gotten)? So confused. I reread the rebate form for the 511-1 & no proof-of-purchases were required just a receipt with items circled. Weird. I called the number on the postcard and it said "the number you have called is not assigned." Huh? I will try the other CS number in the morning. Something is messed up here.

I called them and told them the form didn't say I had to send UPC's (which is what my denial postcard said). They had to look it over and said they'd send it on to someone else and call me back and it could take 2-4 wks to get the call back!! I should've just spent my $20 on something else, sigh.
