View Full Version : How do you interpret this winetag?

I found some winetags that say on the front:
"$2.00 off your purchase of meat with this special offer from Chateau Ste. Michelle"
"Redeem at checkout. Offer limited to one coupon per purchase."

On the back it has a bunch of the normal wording for the retailer and it has this:
"Offer limited to one coupon per family on the purchase of meat (beef, poultry, seafood or pork)."

Only other language on use of coupon is:
"Product purchase price must exceed value of coupon."

So, looks to me like, it is no wine purchase necessary, though it doesn't actually say one way or the other. Also, though the front says one per purchase, the back limits it to one per family.

What do you think? :shrug7:

I think you could argue it either way. Ultimately it will come down to the cashier/manager who rings you up and how they argue it. YMMV definately.

I've seen tags like this by St. Michelle before. It's a NWPN wine tag. They usually have the one per person/family also. Enjoy!!
