My birthday is coming up and as a gift, cvs sent me a $3 off any purchase coupon as well as the "standard" $4/$20 coupon. My question is can I use both of these in one transaction?

I'm pretty sure that you can. The $3 off any purchase seems to me like it would be like any other EB that you might use after giving your $4/$20.

My birthday is the 22nd.

Ok, I need some scenario help.

I'm looking through this weeks CVS ad now, trying to figure out what looks good. I would love some scenario help. I have a $4/$20 coupon and am looking at the $5 covergirl products, BOGO Loreal eye products, lysol 2/$6, and maybe the candy deal. This will be my first shopping trip to cvs so I have no ecbs yet.

Coupons I have:

$1/1 any covergirl product
$1/1 loreal eye product
$.75/1 crest pro-health
$1/2 lysol wipes
$1/2 M&Ms, snickers

Any suggestions?
