Walgreens: Tide, Snuggle, Scrubbing Bubbles clearance

Wow, I was just killing time today at Walgreens and happen to be there as the lady was putting up clearance tags.

My scores were:
-Tide 25 load Simple Pleasures Vanilla and Lavender: clearance $2.29 - $1 coupon = $1.29!

-Snuggle exhilarations 32 load Wild orchid and vanilla kiss : clearance $1.39- $1 coupon = 39 cents!

Glade Plug In Scented Gel Warmers Apple Cinnamon : clearance 57cents - bought 2 and used B1G1 free coupon. (we used these in our utility room to hide the cat liter smell)


They also had Scrubbing Bubbles Flushable Wipes for $1.09.
Clorox Antibactial Cleaning Spray for 89cents
Gain Expressions powder laundry detergent for $2.89

I want to go back to get more if I can find my more coupons.

This was at the Walgreens in Maplewood - the one in the strip mall by Rainbow Foods on White Bear Ave (Not the 24 hour one that is about 2 blocks away)

I was just coming here to post these finds. Today I got the Snuggle Expressions wild orchid, 1.39 (didn't have a Q on me) and Tide Total Care, 2.29.

I'm assuming that it's a pet odor 'eliminating' candle flavor. Cause if they've made a candle that smells like my dog when she's wet......Yuck!

Yes, it is the odor eliminator, but, let me tell you...I bought one month's ago and it smelled WORSE than my wet dogs, so, I'd stay away from that one. It was the worst smelling thing EVER!

The Snuggle coupon I used with an internet printable from a while back - probably a few months ago. Not even sure where I got it from. I only had one of them (expires Dec 31).

Went to a different Walgreens. They had none of the tags posted but did a price check and they lower than the tags said! :)

I saw the Total Care but didnt think to check that one! Thanks!

Thanks, again, Rainbwblu! I was running low on laundry soap. Ran out and got 4 bottles! Our clearance was marked $5.67, I'm glad I had them price check! Now, tonight I need to go back for the febreeze candles, my store had a ton of them!

Just got back from Walgreens... Unfortunately, The Tide and Snuggle was not clearanced at my store. The scrubbing bubbles wipes were, but they were wiped out.

I got 4 Febreze candles at $1.79 as stated in the OP. They also had the Glade Scented Oil Candles(holder with 2 refills) for $1.89. I had a $2 off coupon for that, so a bit of overage there.

My best deal was All Small and Mighty was marked down from $6.99 to $1.79. I didn't have any coupons, but bought them all. I had $25 in RR from the OAD deal, so that helped a bit. Sure wish I had coupons though.

Went back for just one more Tide tonight. No Freebrez candles for me anywhere. I looked in 4 places where they are hiding clearance as well. Oh well. I shall tackle another store tomorrow.

Pretty sad to think that I was getting low on fabric softener because I was down to 3 bottles. :)

Scotch Brite Cooktop cleaner refill pads, 6 count, $1.09. I didn't have a coupon for these and have no clue if one is available, but still an awesome price. Even the back of the container said you could use them without the expensive starter kit (handle)

Thanks for posting these good deals...I didn't think there would be anything left, but got really lucky at two stores with the Snuggle and the Downy...one store had them marked correctly, and one store didn't have them marked at all-but they were nice with the price checking. Have two more stores to run by tomorrow...keeping my fingers crossed.

I bought 2 Seventh Generation with a $2/2 Q and 1 Tide Total Care with a $1/1 Q. I went to 4 Walgreens and only the first one had any left.

I found several bottles of Xcel brand of detergent and fabric softener today on clearance. Regular price for both was 2.99 -- now .74 -- walked over to the regular aisle and found a ton on the shelf but the regular price now is 3.49. So, I guess now that the price has increased, all the older stuff @ 2.99 is being clearanced. I don't use this myself, so I don't know if it's any good or not.

woo hoo! thanks op!! tonight i got 10 bottles of tide marked at 2.29, 8 of the lavendar kind also 2.29, 1 shout, a bunch of the sponges with scrubbies on each side marked down to 62 cents, a clorox bleach pen marked to 82 cents, and 12 of the dish liquid marked down to 40 cents. i also found a bunch of seventh generation laundry detergent but i have never used this kind....does it work well? went to 7 stores and i only scored at the first one. but i was excited! yay me!

I did get the thermal wrap for sale $2.49, with a ip for $1/1, and got the RR for $2.50..so MM on that one!!

Next time see if the cashier will price adjust the product UP to match the coupon value. Some stores will do that, but it may require them to get the manager involved. The other trick, if they enough product and you have enough coupons, is to buy maybe 6 of them, but only use 5 coupons (I didn't do the math, that's just an example). You end up paying some OOP, but it might be pretty small compared to what you're getting.

Whoohoo! I've been to 4 stores looking for the tide....FINALLY found some. I got 3 of the Total Care (that weren't marked....so neener LOL) and a cable thingie -attaches the TV to the cable thingie, lol i'm so tech challenged - for $0.38. We're moving in a few days, so I blew my last RR since WAGS hasn't been all that lately. At least this time I was able to get something useful. Although I HATE the smell of all Tide....
