I'd rather have $0.50/1 then $1/2 or even $1/1. All of my stores are doubling and some are trippling... so lower value of 1 item is much better for me :BigHand:

Try to buy the big city paper. I buy the biggest city paper I can get and normally get the good value coupons.

Worth Star Telegram, which is a BIG paper, but many of the coupon values it has are lower than the values reported from other states. For example, it might have a coupon for 50 cents that people in other places are reporting for $1.

It is all regional. I think you could do some good trading though. A lot of people can only double up to .99, so they need the smaller value x/1 coupons.

I used similar Q for all small and mighty...worked fine got it during the Kmart doubles so a couples bucks for detergent.
