Some of the deals are listed on the display of the item stating the dates of the deals. That is the only way I know which ones are monthly deals at my Walgreens. Sometimes my wags managers will tell me of a monthly deal in advance which is really nice.

I've noticed in some of the scenarios for the RR's, that many of you are able to list paying w/ more than one RR to lower OOP. My local Wags says that's a no-no and even when I called Corporate last time (about a different issue) and casually asked about clarification on weather or not more than one could be used per order, I was given the same answer. I did however get informed that they were misinformed about some of their other coupon policies and that they would need to be retrained about coupons;o)
So, my question is, is this a YMMV or can we really use more than 1 RR per order if we have enough items to cover the q's??

It didn't work for me this morning either and their display box says the deal ends 11/28. They were prepared with those forms to fill out and mail to catalina. I'm still waiting for a catalina from 6 weeks ago so I just returned the Robitussin.

I'm in Northern California and I came on to check on a problem with the Almay foundation that didn't print for me tonight, not even thinking about the Robitussin that I didn't get either. The manager on duty tonight wasn't very helpful, (no knowledge on the program) so i'm going in to talk to the store manager tomorrow.

I and a number of other people here have done the 6 oz with no problems. What I am learning is that it's the manufacturer that determines what they want to pay for, not Wags. It is to Wags benefit to only put the large size in the ad to get more money, but I now know the ad items (at least the sizes) are not the ONLY ones that produce the RR. What benefit is there to tell you that you can spend half the amount and still get the deal? :wink7:

I didn't try it because at my store all the RR signs say "Spend $10 on Robitussin products, get $3RR" Or I think it was $3. The 2go were on megasaver for $2.49 but I wasn't willing to try the RR since the scary manager was on duty :hysterical:

Just a heads up...I was at a store that only had 2 bottles of the lubriderm so since I knew the J&J stuff was part of it I wandered over there. I was going to grab one of the ones on megasaver for $3.99 and use my $1/1 mfq...till I noticed a J&J Pad with built in neosporin. It was priced $5.29 w/no sale tag..but had a small peelie for $2/1 on it. Much to my surprise it actually rang up on sale for only $3.99...so minus that awesome $2 peelie it worked out pretty much the same as the lubriderm!!!

Store manager had no idea about it being a monthly deal. I called the 800 number on the back of the receipt and received no help. The reply from the customer service lady was something like "You can't use coupons and expect to receive RR". I was so disappointed in Walgreens after speaking with her.

just bought it no rr manager put it on a gift card for me they still have the cardboard box up stating it gives the rr.

yep it was cancelled due to lack of product ( and I just got in 3 cases ) hummmm
anyway it was cancelled stores got a notice to pull the tags, guess some stores didn't

The only ones tagged at my store are the 10ct Extra ones. I think those are the only ones producing the RR and I can verify that it does do so. I've done it twice now. The bigger boxes have the $3 Wags coupon tagged on the shelf, but I don't think they qualify for the RR, only the 10ct. Would be nice if the bigger boxes did too.

The sign says that you need to buy 1 oz. I bought the smaller and did not get the RR. Next time I bought the 1 oz tube and got the RR.

I was in my brand new store today and was issued 3 different RR's and they all expire December 3.
This is my first time doing a WAG shop - I am a newbie.
Thank you to everyone for the heads up on the different deals. I am following your advice and getting to know the staff, which is easy right now as they are all new and on their best behaviour!
I did notice they did not have any RR's showing on the shelves - I had to ask the manager. I showed her the Almay ad, first thing on my list and she knew it was on offer so told me to come to her to check out. Also some of the bargain prices were not shown. I live near Princeton and this is a rich community (I am not which is why I coupon shop!!!). I think they may assume everyone has the money to pay full price so won't show too many bargains. So very important for me to keep upto date with deals before I go.
