I noticed this posted on another website but didn't pay much attention til I went today to get my paper. I saw what the other poster was talking about. There's a cardboard stand of bins ('bout 6 feet tall with open bins around it). In the bins are kitchen utensils, cutlery, little paper drink parasols, b-day candles, picks, even those scrapbooking scissors that cut different designs, etc. All were $1 but are marked to 25c! Some stores don't have them marked down but I heard they still ring up 25c. My bin was between where the meat is and the seasonal area. Didn't find anything I needed but for 25c I might yet! :giggle2:

These were 10c at my GE!! I spent abotu $3 for a lifetime supply of serving spoons, spatulas, ladles, etc as well as a bunch of toothpicks, an extra knife for work (for cakes!), etc. It will be great to have specific serving utensils to take to potlucks so I don't risk my good ones.

Quietq'er - where were they at your GE? I think when I go, I am going to be in a super hurry so I thought if I had an idea of where to check, it might help. I need some spatulas. TIA!
