I sent my MIL in to Kmart to get some Leap Frog books. She didn't get a catalina as the machine was broken. Who does she call to take care of this? Can she reach the catalina people at the same place as the other catalinas (aka - walgreens) at (888) 322-3814? TIA!

i called customer service and let them know. i explained to them what i bought and that i indeed had the receipt . they in turn, contacted the store i shop at and i got to pick up a gift card in the amount that the catalina was for. in my case it was the one a while back that was for 14.00 off.....
