So if CVS has a spend X amount on a certain brand and get X amount in ECBs. Is that before or after coupons? I'm a little confused. :shrug7:

if they ask you to spend 20 dollars, and get 5 dollars back, you put 20 dollars worth of product in the basket, buy it, and get a 5 dollar ecb back. you can pay for the $20 with cash, check, debit, or coupons- your choice.
