Hi, all!
Yesterday I signed up to participate in surveys for CVS after reading some of your posts. Today I received an email stating that I have been chosen to complete their drug store survey and receive $500 in CVS vouchers. According to their email, I have to hurry before this notice expires. It sounds like one of those if it sounds TOO GOOD to be true things.

Thanks for your input!

I signed up for those awhile ago and never heard from them so I have no idea. Hopefully someone will know.

the emails I get usually are from cvsadvisor.com and the most I have ever gotten for doing a survey is a $10 ecb. Usually several people get the invitation and you will see a thread posted by someone here on HCW saying check your email for the invitation. There was a survey opportunity last Sunday that asked you to compare the circulars from CVS & Walgreens. Usually you will get an email several days before the survey is sent telling you that if you qualify you will receive a link to the survey in an email a few days later. I have never seen one for $500. I would contact CVS before I did anything. Also, cvsadvisor panel already has your personal information from where you signed up so I would not give them any personal information period. I think there is an email address on the cvsadvisor sign in page so that you can contact them if not I would call CS at CVS and explain the situation to them. I have an email address from the survey I did this past Sunday but I am not sure I can post it. PM me and I think I could give it to you that way. I hope this helps.

Did it come from the CVS website or was it through a second party type email. CVS usually send emails directly from them and not a second party. HTH

It is from the e-BonusRewards Team from Status-Review Info. Sounds a little bizarre to me. I will definitely contact CS about this.

Yes those e-reward programs usually have some heavy catches attached. If you read the very fine print at the bottom it probably says you have to complete two silver offers and three gold offers blah blah blah before you ever get anywhere near a screen that says you have met all the requirements to get the "prize". By the time you figure it out that you are being scammed you have given your persoanl information to them and end up with 5 million spam emails and no "prize".
