If Kmart was good to you

If you have a particular kmart that was good to you I would encourage you to fill out the survey on your receipt. If I am going to complain then I should brag when it is good.

I had an issue today and the manager was great! I asked her name so I could come and email kmart about the positive experience. She said, to fill out the survey and if I gave them 9's-10's they would get credit. Even though and 8 is good they got no credit. She did not elaborate on the credit.

Since I now hate Target I would like to see Kmart get in the game and kick there tail!

that's a great idea! There is one Super K in particular that was awesome and super friendly this entire doubles event even when the transactions were difficult and time consuming. I will send in a survey for them today! :)

I have a stack of about 40 receipts to do the surveys on. So far I have done about 10. But both my KMarts were super and I have written good letters about both of them a couple of doubles ago

Thanks for reminding me to do the survey. As I was walking out of Kmart yesterday I was thinking that I have never had any issues at my Kmart and they are very coupon friendly.
