Found a tearpad today at my commissary (NC) in the Chinet Plate section...buy 1 Chinet Lunch Plate 32 count, get 1 7.25 oz box Macaroni and Cheese FREE (up to $.75).
buy the $1.79 chinet lunch plate and get both for $1.79

I apologize for my mistake. I did look up the coupon policy here (http://www.commissaries.com/inside_deca/publications/directives/DeCAD40_6_JN2007.pdf) and did not see any exclusions on using these coupons together.

no problem.
for some reason, DECA does not address this in their policy so i posted a thread to alert shoppers of their response.
if anyone has received a contradictory response from DECA, plmk.
