I've acquired this rebate, I'm pretty sure it says NBPR in the following states: AL, AR, CT, HI, IN, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OK, UT or WV.

Has anyone submitted rebates that are in spanish, and can someone tell me what this says:
