Kroger Brags

I have noticed we dont have a brags section here! So I will start!

Today I went to Kroger and did A few separate transactions
I got:

6 gallons of milk
18 keebler cookies ( the 1.75 packs)
30 hefty zoo pals plates ( some packs of bowls)
10 dial soaps with 50% more
2 lbs tomatoes
12 packs reese cups

total aprox 10.00 + tax
I used 2 3.50 oyno from last week
6 2.00 off of 2 keebler cookies
6 bogo reese coupon
6 .55 reese coupon
30 .50 off any hefty plate or bowl
10 .35 off dial soap
got milk free from cookies
and tomatoes are 3 day sale for .88

I LOVE Kroger! You can always get GREAT deals! I am new to couponing, and went there yesterday and got 72.00 worth of groceries for 23.00! I plan to do the Reeses deal this week myself, along with Purex laundry and softener. Can't wait!:wink7:

How were you able to get so many of the cookie/milk deals? Ours said 2 dels per household.

I got 12 boxes of the Hefty One Zip Bags (4 gallon freezer, 4 quart freezer & 4 quart regular) for FREE today. They are 10 for $10, and there are $1/1 Any hefty one zip bag blinkies out there. The one store this morning was completely out, but the newer store near me had TONS, and even had a special display.

I told the cashier that the other store didn't have any, and he said "well you know they have 20 cent peelies on them that make them 60 cents a box". Then I handed him my coupons and said "but your free beats the last ladies 60 cents a box anyday".

I have more coupons coming that I traded more so I can get some more. I also have coupons coming for the zoo plates. The sale for the one zip bags goes through the 13th, and I assume the zoo plates does too.

I wish we did like a weekly thread here like the CVS boards. Its so hard especially with all the unadvertised deals to know what I need to get.
Like the minute maid deal- i would have had no idea had it not been for this site.
Who's with me on a weekly deal thread? like i know there i 1 big free/cheap thread but every week a new thread for good deals that week.
Can the mod do this?

I think the weekly thread is a great idea. I wouldn't have known about the minute maid or the hefty deals. Thanks for the info!!!!
