Hi,:wavehi:

I didn't know where to post this question. :shrug7:So here goes my questions about printing Internet Printable (IP) coupons--

1. Does it matter if I print IP coupons in inkjet Color or Black ink?

2. Will Harris Teeter (HT), Target, Wal-mart, and other stores accept IP
coupons printed in green ink or other colored ink?

3. Will IP coupons scan correctly if ink is a different color if you are out of
Black or the correct Color inkjet for printing IP or other coupons?

4. Will IP coupons (or other coupons) need an override by a CSM of the
coupons if they don't scan because of the color of the ink?

5. Will the register scanners "read" the barcodes on different "colored" IP
coupons or other coupons?

6. Also, what stores have you encountered where all the above was a
problem?

I am out of "regular color" inkjet cartridges and am printing with green ink currently until I can replace the printer cartridges this weekend.:rolleyes24:

Thanks for the help--:thanks7:

I have never had any problems using my IP coupons at our local Wal-mart if the ink color was off...or even if the coupon printed crooked. I think it just depends on where you go and the cashier you get. But again, here in Arkansas...I have never had a problem at Wal Mart with it.

Good luck

all store cashiers are different....if you are gave a hard time at walmart just ask for the CSM because I have ran into know it all cashiers who have tried to say they dont take internet coupons and so on when I know good and well they do and I have had others that just scan anything I hand them as long as it dont beep(the ones I try to ues).. Myself I have not tried to use any color ink than color but I have used colored paper and they worked and were took with no problems..so I dont know why the ink color would really matter as long as the barcodes can be scaned.

again if you have problems just ask for the CSM, soon they get to know you..they will anyway if you use $40 in coupons very often.....

Just to let you know that I used my "green" ink inkjet IP coupons for Target Qs at Super Target today; and I did not have any issues. They scanned fine as they should have.

Good luck--
