Costco. Here, 3 doses for any size dog runs about $30 (1800PetMeds was cheaper than my vet, but still about $52 for my size dog).

Entirely pets had good prices for me. Also, I'm not sure if it is going on but Amazon.com had a really good price on frontline. I have a small dog so I am able to buy the 3 month supply for a larger dog and split it up into smaller doses(it last my 8lb dog 18months and I only paid about $30-$40). I've never bought off of ebay but people sell kits on there to do the same thing. Just make sure you store the remaining part of the open pack in an airtight container!

EntirelyPets (http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-2095594-10408549) has it ranging from $34.99 - $38.99 depending on which one you need. I think they also will honor competitors pricing, just in case you find it for less.
(Also if you shop through the HCW partner link above, you'll be helping to support HCW too)
PetCareRX (http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-2095594-10409071)also has it, but it's a little more expensive there than through Entirelypets.
