I had my scenario for CVS this week all mapped out. I'd buy about $25 worth of stuff, spend $9 OOP and get about $9 back in ECBs.
But today I got an email from CVS with a $4/$20 coupon in it. So, I reworked a different scenario which entailed purchasing everything in one order, using the CVS coupon and my manufacturer's coupons, and spending about $14 OOP and getting $13 back in ECBs.
I'm just not sure if there is a real benefit to using the CVS coupon if I have to spend more OOP now. Although I guess it will be less that I have to spend later. At this point, it seems to be "six of one, half dozen of the other." KWIM?
Is there a better way to use the $4/$20 coupon to my advantage? thanks!!
