Was coming to this board, and notice a thread (in Krogers Great Lakes region) about SC and MQs ... seems one customer's been told can't use both, considered double-dipping ...
What a complete JOKE, if it's true ... why?
1. you don't know SC comes off until it comes off ... IF it comes off
2. as much as SC has shorted customers, how dare they?
I am seriously hoping this person just encountered an unknowledgeable employee and that this is NOT a policy change. But, just wanted to forewarn in case anyone in our region starts hearing this.
Obviously, these loadable Q programs have a LONG way to go before they reach perfection in redeeming on EACH AND EVERY required purchase.
Perhaps the letter I plan to send tomorrow will have some impact on staving off such an unpopular decision in our region.
While I'm talking about loadables, anyone else having problems getting responses from CF about Qs that didn't redeem?
What is it lately? Is Mercury in retrograde again? -- If so, it's going to be a good time for these companies to re-think their decisions if they wish to continue repeat customers. .. I just hope they have any repeat customers left by the time they finish re-thinking.
Seriously beginning to wish I'd (buy a ticket and) win the lottery and buy myself a tropical island ... or 1,000 acres somewhere and put my house in the center, only access by helicopter or horseback, with plenty of farm and ranch land in it so I could tell all these people what to do with their policies! (course, I'd have to hire the folks to help maintain the farm and ranch ... still, wouldn't be a bad life!)
Anybody wanna move to JAWS country, set up our own rules (basically, leave me alone and I'll leave you alone)?!!-- I get to be queen of the world, though (and you already have an idea of how I am when I feel someone's trying to "pull a fast one" on me)!:hysterical:
