While I was at FL today I noticed Jennie-o Turkey (1.25 lb. package) 93/7 lean was BOGO (regularly 4.29 ea). If you have the $5 off q from the biggest loser promotion a while back I highly suggest you use them now. The expiration on the Biggest Loser Turkey q is 12/31/09. I
If you use them by Tuesday at FL you will make money on these! Because it was BOGO, that already meant I got an extra one free with my coupon. Then, the q took off the full $5, so I actually made money on every two I bought. I bought 6 things of these with just 3 q's and netted $.40 ea. or $2.40 for all 6!
I had a rain check for the Morrell off the Bone lunch meat. It was free during the promotion but of course when I tried to use the BOBO q, there was no stock. Instead of showing BOGo on the rain check, the manager showed it to read 1.99 ea. Annoying, so instead of FREE, I had to pay $1 ea. but I suppose that less than $2 a lb. is good for lunch meat.
So, to break it down
I bought 6 things of Jennie-O turkey meat .40 MM ea. AC
and
4 tubs of John Morrell Off the Bone Ham .99 ea. AC
= for 2.34 OOP
I saved $32. :) Hubby was proud!
