Hi ladies - I'm in Columbia, SC too! We should all get together and have a coupon swap or something! :)

Carla - BI-LO doubles coupons up to $0.60 everyday. Publix and Kroger double coupons up to $0.50 everyday. I have been doing the coupon thing around here for a while, so if you ever have questions about anything, feel free to PM me! Oh, and you a run a book shop? I am a HUGE reader! I'm glad I found this thread! I just moved here for university. So far I've been shopping at Publix (love it!) and the usual CVS. We need to have a Columbia coupon swap!

Is The State the best newspaper for inserts?
What do you do to get multiple inserts around here?

Count me in. Have seen some ladies in the stores with coupons binders and usually stop to chat a minute. Would love to meet some of you. Have a busy month ahead DD just bought house and we're helping with wall paper stripping and painting. I am in Camden but in Columbia every day to pick up work. I would love to meet and swap in person.

I usually buy 3-4 copies of the State each week as I get my money back in savings from coupons. Around the week of Thanksgiving or holidays I usually buy more copies than that for the baking supplies.

I'm good for anytime. If we decide to meet in the evenings or on the weekend, I need at least a couple days notice to arrange childcare. I would be no good with my 3-year-old with me.

I get 4 copies of inserts each week and keep them on hand. I also have expired but haven't found a place that will accept those.

Also, if you want to start an email group just PM your email address to meet and I'll set it up and get it started. I'm connected to email constantly since I work from home.

Hello everyone, I'm a Coupon Clipper as well. Not sure if everyone ever met up but on September 15, 2010 I will be holding a Coupon Clipping Presentation. It's called "Coupon Detention" teaching people the right way to Coupon. It will be held at the Irmo Branch Library Library (Lexington County).

I also sell coupons on ebay and will be starting a service locally for couponers. The website is in the making :)
