Is the $25 total before extra care card specials or after?
Can the cashier scan my EC card before my $5/$25 coupon?

Your card has to be scanned first, otherwise your $5/$25 will not be accepted. Your total has to be $25 or more BEFORE any coupons - that's the beauty of CVS. Once they scan your card, items will ring at the right prices (if they are on sale this week, they will ring the sale prce.) Just remember - the total before any coupons has to be $25 or more.

What about BOGO? Does that come off once they scan my card and therefore, deduct from my total?

The sale price is what counts, not the original price. So on BOGO, you only can count one item, not both.
