Walgreens Scotch mailing supplies cutter (8/25/09)

I found Scotch mailing supplies cutter in the clearance section for $1.59
and i had a $1.00 coupon (from a Sunday insert) so I got it for 59 cents

Also I saw oral B cross action manual toothbrush for 2.99 (there should be buy one get one free coupon)

I found one of these today at my Wags in Palm Bay. At first the cashier didn't want to take the coupon because it was a clearance item but after I suggested maybe we should ask someone she went ahead and pushed it through.

I wonder if there is something different between the mail cutter and the gift wrap cutter.
