Sorry if this has been answered before, I couldn't get the forum search function to work.

I lost my card a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to find it. I did my transactions Sunday with my phone number.

An employee gave me a new card and told me if I attach that one to my online account, my ECB's from the old card would transfer to the new card.

So I attached the new number and now my account shows ZERO ecb's!!!!!!

I have over $36 in extra bucks. How do I get them on my new card?

I'd call customer service and have them take care of it. I've never had this happen, but they seem to be the "all knowing and all doing" :) good luck!

The only ECBs that can transfer are the ones that are awarded directly to your card and not printed onto your receipt.

I lost my card and called customer service. They gave me a new card number and transferred all my ECB's from the lost card to the new one.Call customer service with your old card number and new card number - hopefully they will be able to transfer your old ECB's to your new card.

Whew!

I have a record of my old number, even though I don't have the card. So I put the old number in and the eb's are back!! :BigHand:

So I'll just call cs and see what they can do to help.

Thanks for all the replies!

I lost mine around 6 months ago. If you have your card number, just call CVS and they will make duplicate cards to send you. They will have the same number as the card you lost. All ecb's that you have with the old card work on the new one, because it has the same card number. I'm not sure, but I think they call them replacement cards.
