You call a number printed on your receipt and enter the code and answer some questions and they give you a validation code to activate the discount OYNO:D

Don't know if it's at all stores but I nearly threw my receipt away when the barcode caught my attention on the bottom of the receipt!!!

I have gotten like five of them but only did it once since it said one per customer. Wonder if I could do the others?

You can definitely do more than one.:BigHand: It's one per order, not per customer. I've probably done about 9 of them and have 2 more to use. They are great, just like an OYNO.
