Conagra and Kellogg's Catalina Deal?

I received a CAT ad that states "Spend $25 on participating ConAgra, Kellogg's and Own Brands products between 8/24/09 and 9/6/09 and receive two $5 coupons for savings on a future purchase"

Anyone have any other info?

Morning Star is part of this offer, Meijer & Jewel has tearpads with MS coupons that state: ONE coupon per visit. However, the small print says Offer is limited to one couponper package. So could I use mulitple coupons? Just curious, I have a bunch of these coupons to use, yippee!!

Does anyone know anything else about what products are included? I called both Jewel and Catalina, and neither of them seemed to know anything about it.

I just went to Jewel and received my 2 $5 coupons. I can't tell you everything that's included, but I can tell you what I know is included.

Keebler Fudge Shoppe cookies $4.15 each. Preferred price $2.50
Pop Tarts (the big box) Big relief price $2.99
Special K bars (the big box) $5.89 each. Preferred price $4.50
Keebler Cracker Sandwiches $3.45 each. Preferred price $2.50
Rice Krispie Treats (big box) $5.89 each. Preferred Price $4.50.

So the biggest bang for your buck from these 5 items would be the Fudge Shoppe Cookies or the Keepler Cracker Sandwiches.
7 Fudge Shoppe $29.05 (unfortunately 6 doesn't get you over $25)
Preferred price $17.50
-$3 coupons (if you have a $1.00 off 2 coupon...was available on coupons.com a few weeks back)
$14.50
Get $10 back
ends up $4.50 for 7 packages cookies $0.63 each package

I can't believe more people are posting about it, it's already started. I bought 5 Wesson - got $10 in cats! Wesson on sale for 2/$5 - reg. price $5.45, need to buy 5 to get over $25.00. You still end up paying $2.50 OOP, but if you need it buy it before the sales ad gets out! Like every other sale, this product is hard to find! So if you need it, stock up now!

Oh there, are signs on the products at Jewel. I haven't seen a UPC code list anywhere though. Also, on the Wesson I tried the Canola and Vegetable oil - both worked!! :)

Other items included in this are: Kelloggs cereals, look for signs; Sandies cookies, El Fudge cookie, Fudge Shoppe cookies, Chef Boyarde, Hunts - ketchup & sauces [look for signs]; Nutri Grain - large boxes, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Poptarts - larger boxes, Rice Krispie Treats, Manwich, Hunts pudding, Orville RB popcorn, Reddi whip, etc. Good luck and happy shopping! Can anyone give me the number off the cat, or post a picture of one or the advertisement? If you can, I'll be happy to call again and request a upc list. I didn't really have any information to help identify the deal when I called the last time.

I bought the 5 Wesson Canola Oil (4.14 OOP)and got the $10 dollar catalina and rolled it when I bought 2 boxes of apple cinnamon cheerios (used $1/2 coupon) and 4 boxes of Nature Valley Granola Bars (used $.70/2) ($1.13 OOP). After all was done I had $7.50 OYN and $5.27 OOP not too bad!

Also, price BEFORe card is what needs to be $25? Never shopped here before and on vacation, so going to try it.

Word of warning: The Chef Boyardee items are "Priced Dropped" to $1, but have 3/$5 as their "shelf price" with no "without preferred card price" listed. I bought 15 of these under the assumption that they would ring up at the 3/$5 price and get me to $25, and I would pay $15 oop for them. WELL, they don't ring up at the higher price - they ring up at strictly $1.00 each. So I'm guessing that those items that are part of the Jewel "Price Cut" thing aren't going to ring up at the higher price.

Is this going to be like the past Conagra deals? I did a search for a list from the last one but didn't find it. Anyone know where it is? I hope all Morningstar products are included. I'm excited about this one! I haven't gotten any good grocery deals in a long time.

Anyone have any shelf prices on the ketchup, banquet dinners, Pam and Marie Callender's?

Pam is 2.89 shelf ( - .39 w/ pc) and ketchup is 1.70 ( - .70 w/ pc) I don't know about the others.
This deal was better the last time before the "big relief price cut" because the shelf prices were more expensive, making it easier to get to the $25 mark but the sale prices were similar.
Can still be a great deal if you buy the right things and have coupons, though!
My store still had almost everything in stock except the Nutrigrain bars.

I just got the Sept issue of All You and there are a ton of Congra coupons in there. That with the home mailer coupons will make some great deals. Glad the sale goes to the 6th.

Wish I had better coupons but I couldn't find the $1.50/2 Frosted Mini-wheats I saw last night. Still ended up with a bunch of junkfood for pretty cheap. Going to give most of it away at work but those caramel stuffed fudgeshop cookies look delicious.
