I have been couponing for a good while now, but have never really learned about the eCoupons, Upromise program, Cellfire (I think that's the name), etc. I am wondering about programs beyond internet printables, insert Q's, tearpads, winetags, and blinkies. Can someone please help me to understand these various programs? Are most of them good at only participating grocery stores or can some of them be used with larger chain stores? Very confused- looking for some kind of tutorial or helpful info. Thank You & Reps!

All of these types of Ecoupons are only good for participating store chains. With Upromise the $ does not come off your shopping bill, the ecoupons are cents that are deposited into a college fund.

With Cellfire, P&G Esaver and Shortcuts (I'm sure there may be others) the $ comes off your shopping total when you scan your shopper card.

You have to sign up and the various sites (All free) then go on periodically and download the Q's to your Shopper cards. Each one is slightly different but all are very easy to use. You will have to look at each site to see if any stores in your area participate.

Well worth the few minutes it takes to do this since you can use regular paper Q's in addition to the EQ's.
