They'll only take off on 1 single item possibly 2 if you have more than one of the same q loaded. But it won't take off the amount per item that you are buying (3, 4, ...)

Has anyone seen the tags for these sales? Are they lasting for two weeks again? If so I will run out sometime and make another mega list, otherwise I'll probably just hold off.

Did anyone happen to get Pillsbury cinnamon rolls? I was just curious if they are the small roll of 5 or the bigger roll of 8.
I live 30 minutes or so from the nearest Dillon's, so I'm trying to plan ahead. Thanks!

We took a drive out to Lawrence yesterday so I could do some of the Mega deals. DH went in with me and we each did a transaction and then I went back in and did two more. Lawrence is about 30 minutes away so I had to make the trip worth it! :) I got 68 items total (8 were non mega deals) and we spent $43.26, but saved $113.26 for a savings of 72%!!
DS and I will be going out of town for a couple of weeks so I stocked DH up on some easy type things that he can make, that way he is not as tempted to run for fast food or pay full price for things.

Yes, however if you have close to 20 items, you may want to consider splitting your purchase into two transactions. That way you are sure to get your $5 discount on each transaction. Sometimes there are limits to how many mega-event discounts you can get in a single transaction.

Great Job! I live in Lawrence and I have never been to Dillon's so many times in a week! There are so many coupon match-ups this week that I can't help myself but return to the store for another 10 items! Yesterday I spent .06 on my 10 items, saving 104% (paid for tax with cat coupon). That was definitely my best trip yet!

That is great!
I was really surprised at how well stocked they were. We went on Saturday, so I thought it would be really busy or really picked over and they had everything we wanted. I love going to Dillon's but only make the drive for the really good deals. I wish we had one closer, but they all closed down around here shortly before we moved here.
