rejected MIR for $20 Anheuster-Busch July 4 th

I was looking for a long time on this site, and can not find this rebate, but I need help with it.
I got a letter saying: "the requirements of this promotion state that this particular offer is not valid in your geographic area:"
I want to find out where it was valid. How did I miss that is not valid in NC???Can someone help, please? Thanx and reps.

i am in NC , i did this rebate and already rec'd. call them if you have a phone # or contact by email thru the rebate status site.
i had this happened with me a few years ago, when i was denied for that reson even tho the reabate was valid in my area, i called and they issued me the check, i don't remember which beer company tho.HTH

Natty, yes there is a phone number in the letter. I just needed to find out if it was not valid in NC.I like to have all the facts before I call anywhere. I am always so aware of the states, so it was strange to me. But than I am only human and make mistakes. Now, when they wrote it is not valid in your geographical area, if you are from NC and the form said valid in NC, they can not pull "well it is not valid in your county, right"?

Where did you get the rebate form from? If you got it in a local grocery store, chances are it is good in your area. I did a 10 off 25 but not sure if it was bud. I think it was coors. Sorry

You know what, I have no idea, I might have traded it or not. But Netty just posted she got hers and she is from NC as well:shrug7:

Did you make a photocopy of the form/receipts before mailing? That would be a big help to CS, esp if it says Valid in NC somewhere on the form.
I stopped trading for forms that don't list what states they are valid. I mailed off one a year ago that was denied saying not valid in my state. No states were listed, either valid or void, but got a rejection letter saying my state was not valid. I emailed cs and they replied they couldn't honor the rebate b/c it said 'void were prohibited' and for that rebate, LA was not a participating state.

Thank you ladies! Reps to all of you that helped me solve this mystery. I think it is that BUD MIR and mybe I should stop doing rebate envelopes after midnight:giggle2: since that is usually when I have time to do it and I obviously need to be more alert for this. Darn I could have used those receipts for another rebate:hysterical:

it may have been a glitch. I don't have a copy of that July 4th Bud MIR form but other Bud rebates valid in our state are also valid in NC and its NBPR for us. I have received that rebate in 4 weeks.

it is possible the one processing your rebate may have mistaken your state as SC, where it is not valid.

give them a call using the number in your form and I hope you get your rebates within the next few weeks :)

Happy to help - I know what you mean, late night is the only time I have enough quiet to sit down and do these, and I usually do a bunch of them at once. Make it ALOT easier to make a mistake.

sorry i haven't checked this post earlier.
th girl i talked to was as confused as i am, and said i should have rec'd the rebate and she fixed the problem for me, did not have to resend her anything, and i rec'd my rebate in a week or so.
