Got this when I bought 2 2% variety a few days ago, but didn't get it twice today when I bought 2 regular ones in 2 different transactions.

Sorry it took so long for you to get an answer, but yes, you can use a BOGO coupon towards a cat deal like this. I've done it several times. So, when they were on sale for $1, you'd actually get both for free after the BOGO coupon and the $1 cat.
