There's also supposedly no limits to how many rewards you can earn in one transaction. Coupons.com has a bunch loaded that will be in this promotion too.

Plus, the BC Fruit Snacks have a catalina going right now.
http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/kroger-catalina-deals-post-them-here/266252-save-up-3-50-qyb-bc-fruit-snacks.html
Should be a good stocking up price for school lunches after q's and catalina.

The propel water that is 10/10 is also included. I didn't know. I went today to get 10, since i have 50/1 q, i figured free was great, but it was even better when they paid me $5.00 to take them :)

Eh, no worries. Same deal here, just slightly different dates.
Ad is up on kroger.com (obviously), but here are some extra items I noted this morning (shelf prices, before mega-sale discount):
old el paso tortillas, shells, can beans and rice/bean packets: 1.49
old el paso taco kits: 2.50
aunt jemima pancake mix: 2.50
aunt jemima syrup: 2.99
quaker oatmeal-to-go bars and true delight bars: 2.49
-instant oatmeal packets are included also, and nearly all them had $1/1 peelies
quaker chewy granola bars: 1.99
nature valley nut clusters: 2.49
betty crocker fruit snacks: 1.99
pillsbury savorings: 2.99
pillsbury ready to bake cookies: 2.49
yoplait yo+ 6 pack: 2.49
betty crocker muffin mix: 2.18
fiber one muffin mix: 2.79
betty crocker cookie mix: 1.99
warm delights: 1.69-1.99
wanchai ferry dinner kits: 3.49
baked lays: 3.79
There really are a LOT of good shortcuts coupons for this. Kroger is also running the nature valley CAT deal, so that could be good too.

:coupons4: If you have any of the $1/1 GM products green peelies, this would be a good time to use them, as they expire on 8/23. Would make the Hamburger Helper a mm, the Betty Crocker Potatoes free, & the GM Cereal .49.

FYI - The Nature Valley Nut Clusters do NOT work toward the Nature Valley catalina deal. Tried it today, and no catalina. I did get the Betty Crocker fruit snacks catalina and the velveeta shells cups catalina. HTH someone....

:wavehi: If the new BC fruit snacks are available, which are "create a dinosaur", and "create a bug", I suggest just buying one of these. Have your kids try them first. I bought 6 boxes at Albertson's and none of my 3 grandchildren will eat them. Glad I only paid .39 a box for them. I will be donating these.

Some GDA's from my Mega Sale trip today. . .
Crescent Rolls .49c after M-S & after 50/2 IP
Old El Paso tortillas 99c after M-S
Old El Paso Refried Beans FREE after M-S and after 1.00 off peelie (WYB 2 OEP)
Betty Crocker Fruit Shapes FREE after M-S, & .40/1 IP & 3.50/5 CAT
Other Betty Crocker Fruit Roll-Ups, etc 30 c each after M-S, .50/2, 3.50 CAT
Hamburger Helper **alert** some varieties are .45 c after M-S! (Others are .99 c after M-S). The cheaper ones end up being 20c each after the .75/3 IP!
Tostitos chips, salsas, and dips will be very cheap if you have qs, depending on which you have. I will be using 1/2 qs and that will bring them down to 1.38 or something like that (I think they were 1.88). That is a great price for me.
Also, pepsi products 2 L are 49 c after M-S, so especially if you have any qs, that's a great price.
I did 3 deals in one transaction and it worked fine.

-.50/1 MC doubled

-3 x .40/1 MC doubled
-3 x .40/1 shortcuts/cellfire= .29 each
2 x BC gushers: 1.49
-.50/2 doubled
-.50/2 shortcuts= .99 each
2 x BC warm delights: 1.19
-2 x .50/1 doubled
-2 x .50/1 shortcuts/cellfire= -.31 each (MM)
2 x OEP tortillas or beans: .99
-.60/2 IP
-.60/2 shortcuts= .39 each
2 x crescent rolls: .99
-.50/2 IP doubled
-.50/2 shortcuts= .24 each
2 x BC brownie mix: 1.49
-.75/2 MC
-.75/2 shortcuts= .74 each
pillsbury savorings: 2.49
-$1/1 IP= 1.49
Some options for the last two, haven't made up my mind...plus, I'm not really expecting everything to be in stock.
2 x toaster strudel: 1.49
-.55/2 MC
-.55/2 shortcuts= .94 each
2 x BC cookie mix: 1.49
-2 x .40/1 MC doubled
-2 x .40/1 shortcuts= .29 each
honey nut cheerios: 1.49
-.55/1 IP
-$1/1 cellfire= -.06
total cereal: 1.49
-.75/1 MC
-.75/1 shortcuts= free
2 x BC potatoes: .99
-$1/2 MC from my home mailer
-.40/1 shortcuts= .29 each
Hmm...maybe I could get 30 things. Might take some creative rearranging to get everything in the house though. And the roommate might kill me :whistle67:

Anyone know if NC Kroger's include the BC fruit snacks in the mega 10 deal along with the CAT's??? It didn't look like it in our sales flier but as we all know, stores include other items that aren't advertised.

I am pretty sure the registers are set up with a limit of 3 Mega deals. My store wasn't sure so I tried 3 worked fine. Next time I tried 4 and it didn't work. The store did give me the $5 at service desk since they couldn't find anything posted of limit.

I was able to get $5 off 4 times today in one transaction so tomorrow I will try 5 as it seems to be unlimited here. In WV.

Not part of the mega-sale but free is free!
Minute Maid frozen lemonade or cherry lemonade 4-cup packs are part of the 10/$10 sale. Use the .50/1 any Minute Maid novelty (from 6/28 RP or 7/26 RP) to get them FREE!!! The tag said they were on sale until 9/26 so lots of time to get in on this deal.

I was able to get 12 M-S $5 off discounts today... so unlimited I think. Total BC was $345.22... AC was 88.79, Plus $3.50 OYNO Cat for fruit snacks. Not too shabby! Got other things though than the Mega Sale stuff, like BOGO Spam Singles and Suddenly salad that my q's were about to expire. Will probably go back again on Saturday for more.

That's strange. I just had one of these, and I think they taste great! Much better than any other fruit snack!

Well, I'm *thisclose* to just giving up on Kroger completely- went earlier today and had to march over to customer service right after my order was rung up as the $5 from the mega sale did not come off, nor did one of my cellfire q's. I paid $12.30 for an order that I thought would be around $1.70 at the most- I got credited $5.75 for the mega event and the missed e coupon but still things don't add up. Turns out one of my e-coupons rang up as 40 cents rather than the $1 it should have been and I mistakenly used 2 IPs for 60 cent face value (which don't double!) rather than the insert version!
Seems like a lot of trouble to be through for the savings. Anyone else disenchanted?

I love the MegaEvent! Here are the deals I got (two transactions, but I put them together).
Total before coupons: $142.26.
Total after coupons: $7.99.
Savings: 94%.
Haul: 55 Propel waters (omg), 6 Sobe Lifewaters, 9 Quaker Quakes, 1lb steak, 1lb ground beef, Sure Jell, Bread, 8.94lb peaches, 1.93lb bananas, 12oz cherry tomatoes, 3 kiwis, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, baby carrots, strawberries, 8 oranges, cabbage (thought it was lettuce :hysterical:), newspaper, reusable bag.
I submitted one of the receipts for the $10/$20 Dos Equis rebate, so profit of $2.01 when it's all said and done. I used the peaches to make a batch of vanilla bourbon peach jam and it's awesome!
